We are seeking an experienced leader to head our digital marketing and services team, translating clients’ business challenges into digital strategies and actionable plans. This role oversees digital platforms, eCommerce, CRM, content and analytics, with responsibility for client relationships, team leadership, delivery quality and profitability. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy and Client Leadership - Develop digital marketing and service strategies and execution roadmaps aligned with clients’ business objectives. - Build relationships with key client decision-makers and lead strategic discussions. - Align requirements and priorities across clients, headquarters and regional headquarters. - Lead the development and presentation of proposals, annual operating plans and business reviews. - Identify opportunities to improve and expand existing accounts and lead new business proposals. 2. Team Leadership and Project Delivery - Set objectives for team leaders and delivery teams, define responsibilities, manage performance and develop talent. - Oversee priorities, resource allocation and capacity across multiple projects. - Ensure effective management of project objectives, KPIs, scope of work (SOW), schedules, deliverables and quality. - Anticipate project risks and resolve issues through clear direction and timely decisions. - Lead collaboration across strategy, creative, development, data, media and external partners. 3. Business and Financial Management - Manage annual business planning, budgets, revenue and project profitability. - Develop pricing and delivery models based on scope, resource requirements and costs. - Lead commercial discussions for retainer and project proposals and renewals. - Negotiate adjustments to fees, timelines and resources when requirements or scope change. - Improve team productivity, resource utilization and operational efficiency. 4. Digital Platforms, eCommerce and Customer Experience - Oversee strategies for operating and improving brand websites, mobile apps, D2C channels and marketplaces. - Prioritize and manage improvements to content, UX, SEO and purchase conversion. - Identify and address opportunities across the customer journey, from acquisition and consideration to purchase and repeat purchase. - Manage channel performance across content, promotions and ongoing operations. - Translate customer feedback and operational data into improvements and validate their impact. 5. CRM, Membership, O2O, Content and Campaigns - Develop customer segmentation, personalization and communication strategies based on customer data and behavior. - Oversee CRM, membership, community, retention and repeat-purchase programs. - Guide campaigns across push notifications, messaging, email and online-to-offline touchpoints. - Set strategic and execution direction for social media, digital content and integrated campaigns. - Evaluate performance across traffic, leads, purchases and customer retention, alongside reach and engagement. 6. Data-Driven Decision-Making and AI Adoption - Establish performance measurement frameworks using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and dashboards. - Interpret business performance and customer behavior across web, app, CRM and eCommerce data. - Define core KPIs, identify performance drivers and translate findings into actionable improvements. - Apply generative AI and automation to improve analysis, planning, content development and operations. - Assess business applications of emerging developments, including AI search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). - Validate the accuracy, feasibility and measurable impact of AI-enabled initiatives. |
