1. Project Overview
ㅇ Project : KOCCA Indonesia Social Media Marketing
ㅇ Project Details: refer to the ‘Proposal Request’ file
ㅇ Contract Period: From the date of contract signing until December 31, 2025
ㅇ Contract Fee: Approx. Rp. 388,888,000 (terbilang tiga ratus delapan puluh delapan juta delapan ratus delapan puluh delapan rupiah) (including VAT and withholding tax)

2. Submission of Bids
ㅇ Price Bid (Electronic) Submission Period : March 5, 2025 10:00AM to March 7, 2025 11:00AM

3. Submission of Proposals
ㅇ Submission Period : February 24, 2025 10:00AM to March 7, 2025 11:00AM

※ Bid prices must include both Value Added Tax (PPN) and Withholding Tax (PPh23). (For tax-exempt companies, the final contract will exclude PPN from the proposed price at the time of contract signing).
※ Submissions through channels other than the specified email account (koccaindonesia@gmail.com) will not be accepted.
※ Documents should be prepared and submitted in accordance with the submission criteria in electronic file format.
※ The original documents must be submitted by the successful bidder before the contract is concluded.
4. Bidder Selection Method and Evaluation Method
ㅇ Bidding Method: Open Competition / Lump Sum Bidding
ㅇ Contract Method: Contract through Negotiation
- Evaluation Method: Proposal (Technical) + Price, Comprehensive Evaluation (Proposal: Price = 80:20)
ㅇ Technical Assessment Date: Specific instructions regarding the submission time will be sent separately to the participating companies via email.
ㅇ Price Opening Date: Immediately after Technical Assessment
5. Bidding Eligibility
ㅇ Business entities that have a corporate entity (headquarters or branch) in Indonesia
ㅇ Bids from those who do not meet the qualifications mentioned above will be considered invalid.
