Applicant must ideally demonstrate the following:
1. Excellent track record in training and development with clear and demonstrable evidence of success in previous roles
2. Successful experience of the tendering process, effective negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority
3. Previous experience of managing and reporting on departmental budgets and a high level of commercial acumen
4. Line management experience and ability to motivate and lead staff
5. Proactive, focused and organised in approach, with demonstrable experience of delivery on time and in support of organisational objectives
6. Ability to drive forward ideas
7. Conscientious with excellent attention to detail
8. Excellent writing skills with clear and demonstrable evidence in previous roles
9. Experienced at working with a broad range of external and internal audiences and clients and delivering high levels of support
10. Be fully conversant with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
11. Experience of working with databases is an advantage, as all event bookings and administration are handled through a company database, Integra
12. Graduate level education, or equivalent(Prefer Master level)
13. Evidence of commitment to continual learning and best practice approaches
