Beef Lava Stone

Jakarta, 28 April 2016 – Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta (www.hotelmulia.com) presents Beef Lava Stone, one of the latest dishes at Orient8, French and Pan-Asian Restaurant.  

Using US Prime Beef Short Rib, a premium beef with a soft texture with a rich taste, the beef is lightly seasoned with only Maldon Sea Salt and Australian Fresh Black Pepper, brings out the aroma and the tenderness of the meat. With bell peppers, onion, cherry tomato, fresh rosemary and thyme, this exquisite dish is served in a colourful presentation. The US Prime Beef Short Ribthen cooked on a preheated Lava Stone Pot to the temperature reaching 300 degree Celsius.

With the quality of premium beef, Beef Lava Stone can be enjoyed without any additional flavours or sauces. However, a selection of sauces is also available for those who prefer to enjoy the dish with sauces, ranging from barbeque sauce, soy sauce, horseradish dipping sauce, and tomato sauce.

Beef Lava Stone can be enjoyed with a buffet or a la carte at Orient8.
